Prati was founded by Josh Willis, M.Ed., a product and enablement leader with experience helping organizations select, implement, improve, and adopt the systems, workflows, and tools that support better work.

His work has spanned Airtable, Salesforce, CRM and contact-center platforms, workflow redesign, practical automation, and the onboarding, training, and documentation that make new ways of working stick. The M.Ed. shows up in how engagements handle adult learning, communication, and change.

Engagements are deliberately small and senior. You work directly with the person doing the thinking, and partner expertise is brought in only when a problem genuinely calls for it.
