Prati was founded by Joshua Willis, a product and operations leader with experience building businesses and helping build and scale the systems, products, and operations behind a national startup.

His work has spanned product ownership, CRM and internal platforms, customer operations, implementations, workflow design, integrations, and cross-functional delivery—with a consistent focus on turning ambiguity into something teams can execute.

Engagements are deliberately small and senior. You work directly with the person doing the thinking, and partner expertise is brought in only when a problem genuinely calls for it.
