The situation
A founder-led compliance services firm wanted to move a delivery model out of spreadsheets and senior consultants' heads into a shared platform. The ambition was clear; the requirements and rollout path were not.
What we did
Worked with delivery leads and customers to identify repeatable workflows, critical judgment points, and adoption needs.
Mapped the current state and built a lightweight prototype so stakeholders could validate workflows before configuration began.
Translated the agreed approach into requirements, platform selection criteria, rollout priorities, and a training and adoption plan.

A shared definition of the first rollout and, just as importantly, what was outside it.
